Financing a
Liveable Future
A powerful video series
The five films on this page were created at the Church Investments in Climate Solutions: Financing a Liveable Future conference, held in London in November 2023 and co-hosted by Operation Noah and FaithInvest. The event gathered together industry experts and real investors to share their experiences of investing in solutions that address the climate crisis. This powerful suite of short films has been produced to support faith institutions as they seek to invest in a greener future too.
Why create this video series?
Operation Noah works to inspire Christians to care for God’s creation by addressing the climate crisis. Climate change requires a global response, but real change often starts at the local level. This video series outlines the reasons why this is important, and highlights inspiring stories of faith communities driving positive local change through climate-conscious investment decisions

'By investing in climate solutions, we can send a clear message to policymakers and businesses about the values we hold dear'
– Operation Noah

The 'Financing a Liveable Future' video series demonstrates how sustainable investing aligns perfectly with core Christian principles of stewardship and environmental care. The series begins with a powerful keynote speech by Dr Lorna Gold, CEO of FaithInvest, about the urgency of investing in solutions that address the climate crisis, and moves forward through practical examples and case studies that demonstrate how to create real change.

The video series is part of Operation Noah's project, Educating churches on investment for climate action, in which FaithInvest and the Just Money Movement are partners.
