Laudato Si' Movement welcomes Susana Réfega as new Executive Director.

After a dynamic and successful 2023, Laudato Si' Movement welcomed their new Executive Director, Susana Réfega on 8 January 2024.


Susana brings with her a wealth of leadership experience from her remarkable career in the Catholic international development sector and civil society. She notably served as the Executive Director at Fundação Fé e Cooperação (Faith and Cooperation Foundation, or FEC) for twelve years. FEC as established in 1990 by the Bishops’ Conference of Portugal in collaboration with the churches of Portuguese-speaking countries, and was a member of CIDSE, the international association of Catholic international development agencies.
